"Pool Room"

6 x 6"
oil on masonite
sold

Ode to the swimming pool. Without it, I'd really hate summer and probably have moved back up north by now. Today, we bid farewell - until next year. Alas.

My good friend enjoying plenty of room to float.

Wonderful attention to detail in the right hand dipping into and moving in the water. Excellent...

These strong geometric shapes and vivid colors are just great. I would know this was yours anytime, anywhere.

Love it. Seems like floating in a pool is already becoming a distant memory for this year. So happy to see another wonderful painting up for Ebay!

Karin- Thank you for answering my question to you in your previous post. I really appreciated that.
In "Pool Room" I am particularly drawn to the various blues.
Very nice. Thank you again for sharing.

Just fantastic. The shapes in the water lead the eye back to the figure which is beautiful as usual.
I envy her that cool pool.
